HOW TO WEAR BALLET FLATS IN A STYLISH WAY

Ballet flats are definitely one of the trendiest styles of shoes for the past few seasons, and specially for Spring and Summer they can be pretty handy when creating easy and nice outfits. But I know they can be a little bit more tricky to style even knowing that these shoes are quiet comfortable, you really don't know how to introduce them into your wardrobe. Here's 3 ways how you can start wearing your ballet flats.

1. BASIC BALLET FLATS WITH STATEMENT PIECES

Ballet flats can be a nice substitute of heels for more casual but still stylish look. If you just want to get one pair and see if they work for your wardrobe, get a pair in black with no embellishments. This pair will be the most versatile and will allow you to mix them with some statement, more colorful outfits, as well as with more easy and basic looks.

Black flats are great If you want to wear prints or bright colors in your look. They will not take any attention from your outfit and will create more balanced silhouette.

 2. RED OR BURGUNDY FLATS MIXED WITH YOUR BASICS

I always say that the accessories are an essential part of an outfit and can completely transform your look. By adding red ballet flats to your look, you will definitely create more outstanding and more original ensemble.

Keep in mind that by adding colorful shoes you are bringing the focus of the entire outfit to that accessory. So don't overthink the rest of your look and keep it simple to achieve stylish and trendy outcome.

3. POINTY TOE FLATS AS AN ALTERNATIVE

I find pointy toe flats more flattering and looking smarter, specially on a wider toe. If you like the idea of wearing ballet flats but really not sure if they are going to look good on you, I would definitely go for a pointy toe ones.

Adding just an inch of height in the heel will also help you to look more polished but still staying really comfortable.
